Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipping, delivery, and related logistics of orders placed on the Allez France website (https://www.allezfrance.in/), operated by ACCOT TEX & AGRO PRODUCTS INDIA LLP (“Company” or “ACCOT”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Locations
Allez France ships across India as well as internationally. For international orders, shipping charges vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.

2. Made-to-Order Policy
Allez France follows a Made-to-Order production model. Each shirt is individually crafted after an order is placed, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, reduced excess inventory, and sustainable manufacturing practices. Immediate delivery is not available, as production begins only after payment confirmation.

Production begins within one to three business days of confirmed payment. Crafting typically requires fourteen to twenty-one business days, depending on order volume and personalization requests. Domestic orders within India are generally delivered within 14 to 21 business days, inclusive of production and shipping. International orders are delivered within twenty-one to twenty-eight business days, inclusive of production and shipping, although customs procedures may occasionally extend delivery timelines. All estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.

As each shirt is custom-made, cancellations or modifications are not permitted once production has begun. Every shirt undergoes stringent quality control before shipping. In case of defects upon delivery, customers may request an exchange in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy. This approach also reflects our commitment to sustainability, as made-to-order production reduces waste and ensures that each piece is crafted with precision and care.

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within one to three business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Charges
Domestic orders qualify for free shipping across India. For international orders, charges vary based on destination, weight, and courier service, and will be displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.

5. Customs Duties and Applicable Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory fees in accordance with the laws of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, and the Company is not responsible for such delays. Furthermore, the Company is not liable for confiscation or refusal of goods by customs authorities due to import restrictions in the destination country.

6. Order Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive email or SMS notifications with tracking details. Orders can then be tracked on the respective courier’s website.

7. Delivery Terms and Conditions
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. The Company is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. A signature may be required upon delivery, and if the recipient is unavailable, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the package. The Company is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond its control.

8. Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer may request re-delivery, subject to additional shipping charges. If re-delivery is not requested within the specified timeframe, the order will be forfeited without refund or compensation.

9. Damaged or Missing Items
If a package arrives damaged, customers should refuse delivery and immediately contact support@allezfrance.in with photographic evidence. Any missing items must be reported within forty-eight hours of delivery.

10. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays, damages, or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, regulatory restrictions, wars, and logistical disruptions.

11. Policy Changes
The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Updates will be published on the website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
