◆ Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, production begins within 1-3 business days.
◆ The crafting process takes 10-15 business days, depending on order volume and customization requirements.
B. Delivery Timeline:
◆ Since each shirt is made exclusively for the customer, standard shipping time-frames apply after production is completed.
◆ Estimated delivery time: 10-15 business days (including production and shipping).
C. No Cancellations or Modifications:
As each shirt is custom-made upon order placement, order cancellations or modifications are not permitted once production begins.
D. Quality Assurance:
◆ Our shirts go through stringent quality control before shipping to ensure premium standards.
◆ If any defects are found upon delivery, customers may request an exchange in line with our Return & Exchange Policy.

3. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME-FRAMES

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
