This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipping, delivery, and related logistics of orders placed on the Allez France website (https://www.allezfrance.in/), operated by ACCOT TEX & AGRO PRODUCTS INDIA LLP (“Company” or “ACCOT”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Locations
◆ Allez France ships across India and internationally.
◆ International shipping charges vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

2. Made-To-Order Policy
Allez France follows a Made-To-Order production model. Every shirt is individually crafted after an order is placed, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, reduced excess inventory, and sustainable manufacturing.

A. Production Timeline
◆ Production begins within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment.
◆ Crafting requires 14–21 business days, depending on order volume and personalization.

B. Delivery Timeline
◆ Domestic (India): Estimated 14–21 business days from payment, inclusive of production and shipping.*
◆ International: Estimated 21–28 business days, inclusive of production and shipping; customs procedures may occasionally extend timelines.*

All timelines exclude weekends and public holidays. Every Allez France shirt is handcrafted to order, ensuring uncompromising quality and precision for each piece.

C. No Cancellations or Modifications
As each shirt is custom-made, cancellations or changes are not permitted once production has begun.

D. Quality Assurance
Every shirt undergoes stringent quality control before shipping. In case of defects upon delivery, customers may request an exchange in line with our Return & Exchange Policy.

E. Sustainability Commitment
Made-to-order production reduces waste and ensures every piece is crafted with precision and care.

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Charges
◆ Domestic Orders: Free shipping across India.
◆ International Orders: Charges vary based on destination, weight, and courier service. Displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
◆ International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory fees as per destination country laws.
◆ These charges must be borne by the customer.
◆ Customs clearance may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe. The Company is not responsible for such delays.
◆ The Company is not liable for confiscation or refusal by customs authorities due to import restrictions in the destination country.

6. Order Tracking
◆ Customers receive email/SMS updates with tracking details once the order is shipped.
◆ Orders can be tracked on the respective courier’s website.

7. Delivery Terms & Conditions
◆ Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. The Company is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
◆ A signature may be required upon delivery.
◆ If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the package.
◆ The Company is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond its control.

8. Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer may:
◆ Request re-delivery (additional shipping charges apply), or
◆ Forfeit the order if re-delivery is not requested within the specified timeframe (no refund or compensation).

9. Damaged or Missing Items
◆ If a package arrives damaged, customers should refuse delivery and contact
support@allezfrance.in immediately with photographic evidence.
◆ Missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays, damages, or non-performance caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, regulatory restrictions, and logistical disruptions.

11. Policy Changes
The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Updates will be published on the website.
