Return and Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all online product orders placed on the Allez France website (https://www.allezfrance.in/), operated by ACCOT TEX & AGRO PRODUCTS INDIA LLP ("Company" or "ACCOT"). This Policy ensures transparency, fairness, and customer protection while complying with applicable laws. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined herein.

1. Made-to-Order Policy & Return Eligibility
At Allez France, all shirts are produced using a Made-To-Order model, meaning every shirt is crafted exclusively after an order is placed. Immediate delivery is not available. This ensures premium craftsmanship, eliminates excess inventory, and promotes sustainable manufacturing. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are not permitted under any circumstances except for defective or incorrect products. We do not accept cancellations or modifications once production begins. Customers are advised to carefully review their order details before confirming a purchase.

2. No Refund Policy
We follow a strict No Refund policy for all purchases. Since every shirt is custom-made, monetary refunds are not provided for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or delays caused by unforeseen logistics issues. However, in the case of product defects or order discrepancies, customers may be eligible for an exchange, as detailed in Section 3 below.

3. Defective / Wrong Product Exchange
We take quality assurance seriously, and each product undergoes rigorous checks before shipment. However, if a product is found to be defective or incorrect, you may request an exchange under the following conditions: the issue must be reported within 7 business days of delivery by emailing support@allezfrance.in with photographic evidence; the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact; and, after verification, we will initiate an exchange for the correct or defect-free product.

4. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, customers must email support@allezfrance.in with their order number and images of the issue within seven business days of delivery. Exchanges are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Exchange requests submitted beyond 7 business days of delivery will not be entertained. The Company reserves the right to deny exchanges if the reported issue does not comply with this Policy.

5. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, regulatory restrictions, or logistical disruptions.

6. Policy Changes
The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on the website.
